Open That Bottle Night – Wine With Friends

OTBN is Saturday, February 25th.

Are you waiting for a special occasion to open a cherished bottle of wine (or champagne, or spirits)? How long have you been waiting… one year? Two years? Is it sitting in the back of a cupboard covered with dust?

Open That Bottle Night (or OTBN) was created in 2000 by wine columnists Dorothy Gaiter and John Brecher, of the Wall Street Journal as an annual occasion that aims to motivate people to reconnect with each other over a bottle, and create good memories with friends and family.

It’s not too late to make plans for this year (and while you’re at it, you can set a recurring reminder for the last Saturday of February each year). Whether it’s a romantic evening for 2 or a game night spent with friends, open that bottle and enjoy!!

P.S.  The number one question asked of Wall Street Journal about wine is:  When will my wine be at its peak?  Short Answer:  When the time is right for you.  How about OTBN?

Cheers!
